Refund & Return Policy – Sparkeve.shop

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customer must provide order number, contact number, and a clear photo/video of the issue.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used/damaged items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (earrings/ear studs)

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, bKash/Nagad, etc.).

Exchange:
Customers may exchange items if stock is available.

Processing Time:
3–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
