Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Bangladesh:
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
Courier Partners: Pathao, Steadfast, Sundarban, SA Paribahan
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges: Based on courier rates and customer location.

International Shipping:
Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on destination.
Courier Partners: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or EMS.
Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, customers receive a confirmation message including tracking details.

Lost / Delayed Shipments:
We take responsibility for coordinating with the courier service.

Damage During Delivery:
If an item arrives damaged, customers must provide an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
